Refer to Student Transfer Request Policy on https://www.apc.edu.au/apply/handbooks-policies for conditions if you are in the first 6 months of your primary course. Please note cancellation fees ($500) apply if you withdraw from your course after week 7 of the current term.

  • Note for English course changes  

    If we receive your form on or before Wednesday it is possible to start a new English course next week. If we receive your form Thursday or Friday the earliest you could change English course is the following week.

  • Suspensions are subject to approval and condtions of the College's Deferment, suspension and cancellation policy.

  • Note for vocational students - suspensions must be in whole terms

  • Withdrawal from your course and release from the college to commence a course at a new provider is subject to approval by the Campus Manager. You are required to provide the letter of offer for your new course with this form.

  • For change of visa type you will be required to provide a copy of your new visa with this form.

  • For medical / personal reasons you will be required to provide a medical certificate with this form.

  • For returning to home country you will be required to provide a copy of your one way flight ticket with this form.

  • Please provide a copy of your visa refusal letter with this form.
